You can cancel any time by emailing support@quinahr.com from your agency's admin email. We confirm by email. Nothing is charged automatically: no card is kept on file, and each new period has its own billing statement. If you have cancelled, no renewal billing statement is sent.
Your portal stays open to the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund part of a month.
Example: 100 staff in the Philippines on the annual plan pay ₱76,500 (₱7,500 a month less 15%) plus ₱9,180 VAT, ₱85,680 in all. Cancelling on day 20 uses one month, charged at ₱7,500 plus VAT, so the refund is ₱69,000 plus ₱8,280 VAT: ₱77,280.
Never discounted. On a monthly plan it is billed each month; switch it off any time and it stops at the end of the month already paid, with no partial refund. On an annual plan it is paid for the year together with the plan, and follows the annual rules above: within 30 days, each month started is charged and the rest refunded; after 30 days it runs to the end of the year.
When we run your first cutoff free of charge, nothing is paid, so nothing is refunded. The 30 days for an annual refund start on the day you pay.
If we stop offering QuinaHR, or it is unavailable for a long period through our fault, we refund the unused months of any period you paid for, whatever the plan and whenever it happens.
To the original payment method, or to your bank account if you paid by transfer (we ask for the account details), within 14 days of approving the refund. Refunds include the VAT paid on the refunded amount. We do not deduct payment processing fees. If something about a charge looks wrong, please email us before disputing it with your bank; we answer within one business day.
